iProv owes its success to its hardworking and a dedicated staff. We asked the Little Rock native a couple of questions about himself and why he loves what he does.
Alex Really Enjoys His Job
Alex has been working at Scale and iProv for a year and a half. He enjoys developing a personal connection and meeting new people— which led him to Scale where he became our Business Consultant.
A normal day at work typically consists of him making a bunch of calls making sure his clients feel valued and listened too. His motto is to, “always strive for progress, not perfection.” At a small business tech support company and marketing firm perfection is attainable but not always the goal. Progression and improvement are what he strives to accomplish.
When asked what he loves most about his job, Alex responded with “it’s the people I get to work with that makes my job so enjoyable”, “It’s not always that you find a place where your immediate coworkers are all on the same page and all respect each other, but I found that here”. We strive to be the best as a team and as a unit which makes our jobs more exciting even though I actually work in a satellite office now, and even though it has been tough being away from my co-workers, we always find time to get some laughs in whenever we see each other on Fridays.”
Alex Truly Cares For His Clients
When it comes to client relations, Alex is top-notch. He’s not above sacrificing more for them than he would do for himself because in truth their happiness is his ultimate goal. He gives his all everyday to guarantee their vision of success is within reach. Ultimately, Alex finds it most rewarding to do what he believes is right for his clients when they need him the most. It’s something he prides himself with.
“The most rewarding part of my job is that I enjoy doing what’s right for my clients when they need me the most”.
Alex Loves His Community
Alex’s educational background consists of studying Sports Psychology. His passion is working with kids. He coaches youth baseball and basketball on the weekends and plays for a D league basketball team here in Little Rock. He also recently became a new dad and has found the experience to be one most amazing things that has ever happened to him.
Even though Alex wishes that people would stop assuming he is a computer nerd since he works in technology and that he is well off, he always manages to laugh at the concept and takes pride in what he does. In his mind, the clients come first, always.
