When Dean Dental Solutions acquired a second location, they could have announced the opening and waited for patients to come. They chose to build the story before the doors opened.

Before the practice even carried the Dean Dental name, we were on-site documenting the transition. We photographed and filmed the previous owner alongside Dr. Dean, capturing the handoff and rebrand in real time.

On-Site from Day One
We photographed and filmed the transition from the previous owner to Dr. Dean, capturing the rebrand as it happened. Real moments, not staged ones.
The Marketing Moment
That’s the difference between treating a new location as a logistics problem and treating it as a marketing moment. Dean Dental chose the latter.

No dead ends
Landing Page + Redirects
We built a landing page for the new location and set up redirects from the acquired practice’s old site. Any patient searching for the old dentist landed on Dean Dental West instead of a dead end.
Launch Campaign
Produced an introduction video, ran a coordinated social media and paid ad campaign, and built a patient retention email sequence for the existing patient base.

Doubled in four months

New patients doubled from 16 in January to 32 by April. A practice that didn’t exist under this name a year ago was now thriving.
