iProv had been working with Smile Dailey for a couple of years, and from everything we could see, the business was healthy and growing. Advertising was running. High-intent patients were finding the practice.

Our team spent hours listening to recorded calls, looking for patterns in how conversations started, where they stalled, and what moved someone from interested to scheduled.
Call Scoring System
We traced where calls came from, compared call volume against appointment confirmations, and built a scoring system to see the full path from search to appointment. The leak was in the handoff between an interested caller and the confirmed appointment.
