An experienced RN with leadership in the ambulatory surgery center setting. My goal is to achieve excellence in patient care, optimize revenue, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. A few of my greatest strengths include construction/development of ambulatory healthcare facilities, communication, time management, and pharmaceutical knowledge. I enjoy staying current on medical knowledge and regulations. I value new technology and encourage its implementation, while staying fiscally responsible. I believe that teamwork is essential to quality health care, supported by service leadership. I have a 0% employee turnover rate in my facilities, during a time of extreme shortage of allied healthcare workers.
